TOOM, Garlic with Olives and Lemon

Inspired by a combination of the Classic Middle Eastern garlic sauce and the Iberian Aioli this TOOM product combines the best of both sauces.

Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and pitted Spanish olives this sauce brings to life the flavours from the shores of the mediterranean sea.

A punchy and versatile flavour that can be used as a dipping sauce, marinade or to spread onto freshly baked crusty bread.

Our TOOM, Garlic and Lemon Dip, is smooth, fluffy, vegan and gluten free. We de germ every clove to make it smoother and less harsh and we aim to avoid all additives, preservatives or stabilisers.

It is suitable for vegans, and bbq legends alike.
